Our Return & Exchange Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Initiation: All returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting our customer care team first.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Please Note: Due to the custom-made and intimate nature of certain special occasion wear, “Final Sale” items, personalized/customized dresses (including specific alterations ordered), and clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. This is to ensure the integrity and exclusivity of our designs for every Trendsetter, Confident Competitor, and Queen of the Night.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care Team (Within 15 Days)
Please reach out to us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all tags and any accessories. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form. Ship the package to our Annapolis studio address using a trackable and insured service. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt.

International Returns
As we serve a global community, customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be for the item cost only, excluding original shipping and any import fees incurred.
